Shipping and payment

For shipments to non-EU countries with a merchandise value exceeding €1,000, an additional fee of €80.00 applies for customs documents (MRN). This fee is automatically added to your order and is required by law for customs clearance. For deliveries to Turkey, an additional fee of €55.00 applies for further customs documents (ATR), regardless of the value of the goods. 

Please note: The preparation of customs documents extends the delivery time. 
For orders placed by 12:00 PM, delivery is delayed by 1 business day.
For orders placed after 12:00 PM, delivery is delayed by 2 business days.
